I would strongly disagree with the characterization of our internal deployment
and I wish you hadn't gone there, because it distracted me from reading some of your other points.
Specifically, I'd like to know more about your comments related to pricing. I think we have a heck of a lot of flexibility on pricing, and I've seen many deals over the last several years where our price was more aggressive than the competition.
As for education, you're right, there's always a need for more. Our new wikis and other content on IBM developerWorks are designed to deliver a lot of that, along with the end-user training on portions of our site like ibm.com/developerworks/lotus/notes . We'll continue to invest more in this with 8.5 and throughout 2009.
